My work is known for being evidence-based, and I’ve worked with well over 1,000 fertility awareness clients over the past 2 decades, supporting them to understand their menstrual cycles.
I now work exclusively with women’s health professionals, sharing the frameworks and insights I’ve developed along the way through my bestselling books, The Fifth Vital Sign, Real Food for Fertility (co-authored with Lily Nichols, RDN), and through my Fertility Awareness Mastery Mentorship program.
